Vervé Consulting Group
Operations strategy for mission driven organisations, where the founder is the product. An editorial identity and a WordPress build she can run herself without a developer on retainer.

When the founder is the product
Vervé Consulting works with mission driven organisations, schools and nonprofits among them, on operations, systems and the leadership needed to run both. The engagements are personal. Clients are buying a named person’s judgement, not a methodology deck.
A site for that kind of business has a specific job. It has to establish authority quickly without becoming a personal blog, and it has to make an intangible service feel like something with edges you can agree to.

The identity
Editorial rather than corporate. A serif at display size, a warm cream ground, a single deep navy for anything that asks the reader to act, and photography that carries the whole hero rather than sitting in a box beside it.
The restraint is the point. Operations consultancies reach for the language of dashboards and efficiency, which makes them all look alike and none of them look senior. A quieter, more editorial treatment reads as experience, which is what the buyer is actually paying for.

Why WordPress
Because the client had to be able to run it.
A consultancy adds case studies, changes service descriptions and updates its own biography far more often than a marketing site is redesigned. Handing over something that needs a developer for every edit would have meant a site that slowly went stale, which is a worse outcome than a slightly less exotic stack. It is built on WordPress with Elementor so that changing the words does not require changing anything else.
That is the whole trade. The right technical answer is the one the client can still use in a year.

The best case study is the site itself.
