Product and marketing design for an email automation SaaS — campaign builder, automation flows, audience, analytics, and the landing page that sells it.

The brief
Email automation tools are powerful and, usually, overwhelming. FlowMail needed the opposite first impression: a campaign builder a marketer trusts in the first five minutes, and a landing page that makes the product’s calm its selling point.
What we did
We designed the entire application in Figma — campaigns, automation flow builder, audience, analytics, templates, integrations, and forms — plus the marketing landing page, fourteen-plus screens sharing one design language. The automation builder was the hard problem: node-based flows that stay legible as complexity grows, with clear states for triggers, conditions, and actions.
Product and marketing were designed together deliberately: the landing page shows the real UI, so the promise and the product are the same thing.
The result
A complete, dev-ready SaaS design: consistent components across fourteen screens, a flow builder pattern that scales, and a marketing site that sells what the product actually looks like.
