The brief

Email automation tools are powerful and, usually, overwhelming. FlowMail needed the opposite first impression: a product a marketer trusts in the first five minutes, and a marketing site that makes that calm its selling point, then the whole thing built and shipped, not left as a design file.

The design

We designed the full application in Figma: campaigns, the automation flow builder, audience, analytics, templates, integrations, forms and settings, alongside the marketing site, one design language across both. The automation builder was the hard problem: node-based flows that stay legible as they grow, with clear states for triggers, conditions and actions.

Product and marketing were drawn together on purpose, so the landing page could show the real UI, the promise and the product, the same thing.

The build

Then we built it. Every screen was rebuilt in production, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and verified against the Figma pixel by pixel, with a motion system that gives each interaction intent rather than decoration. The marketing site is fully responsive, phone to desktop; the product runs behind it with working filters, a live booking calendar, and editable settings that hold their state.

The part we’re proudest of is the demo. Most teams hand over a Figma file. FlowMail’s “Watch Demo” button doesn’t play a recording, it launches the real application and tours itself, live: opening filters, building a workflow, reading charts, answering with the assistant. It can’t go out of date, because it is the product.

Live and shipped

FlowMail is running in production: the marketing site, the product, and the demo, all real and all clickable. Open it and press Watch Demo; the tour you see is the software driving itself.

How we work

This is the shape of every Confidency project: we design it, we build it, and we ship it. The handoff isn’t a file, it’s a live product.
