Off Pitch
An external revenue officer for football clubs, sold to chairmen who have heard every pitch before. Identity, site and build, with a calculator that puts a number on the opportunity before anyone books a call.

What Off Pitch sells
Off Pitch works as an external chief revenue and digital officer for football clubs. More supporters through the gate, more spend from each of them, and a digital audience that pays for itself.
That is a hard thing to sell. The buyer is a club chairman who has been pitched by agencies before, who is protective of the club’s relationship with its supporters, and who has no way of judging one consultant against another from a website.
The decision that shaped the site
Lead with the numbers, not the promise.
Most consultancy sites open with a statement of philosophy and keep the evidence for later, if at all. This one opens with a floodlit goalmouth and four figures sitting directly under the headline: revenue per head, attendance, sponsorship growth, and where the club sits nationally. A chairman reads those before he reads a single adjective.
Everything after that is arranged the same way. The growth section benchmarks against real comparisons rather than describing improvement in the abstract, and the model section answers the question a persuaded reader asks next, which is what working together actually involves.

The calculator
The strongest thing on the site is not copy. It is a calculator that takes a club’s current attendance and per head spend and shows the gap between that and what the model produces.
It works because it is not a lead magnet pretending to be a tool. The number it returns is the club’s own, and a chairman who has just watched his own figures produce an uncomfortable answer needs no further persuading. The call to action underneath is the only sensible next step rather than an interruption.

Designed and built
We did the identity, the site design and the build, and it is live at offpitch.io. That matters more here than on a page we only drew: the calculator, the motion and the way the stat cards behave are decisions that only survive if the people who designed them are the people who shipped them.

The best case study is the site itself.
