The brief

E-commerce admins live in their dashboard eight hours a day. Merchant OS needed one built like an operations tool, not a report: live store monitoring, an order queue that survives Black Friday, and money views an accountant would sign off on.

What we did

We designed the full admin surface in Figma: live monitor, alerts, order queue, catalog, revenue desk, payouts, and customer management, twelve-plus screens on one component system. The design premise: every screen is a workstation. Status is legible from across the room, destructive actions are deliberately slower than safe ones, and tables are engineered for keyboard-speed triage.

The result

An operations-grade design system: real-time patterns for monitoring, queue patterns for high-volume order handling, and financial views with ledger-level clarity, all dev-ready with states, tokens, and documentation.
